Keep an Eye Out for Cell Phone Scams

Cell phones can help make everyday tasks easier, like surfing the web and sending messages to family and friends. However, they can also be a target for scams and fraud. Scammers use a variety of methods to try to steal your personal or financial information, including spoofing trusted logos in an email (phishing), pretending to be someone from the government or a family member or friend (vishing), and other schemes.
